Our Process For Home Remodeling Projects

At ALL Renovation & Design, it is our goal to help our clients in discovering a creative solution together, so their desires and dreams can become a reality. To meet this goal, we have tailored our process to focus on collaboration and communication. Past clients regularly express that they felt heard and that our team captured everything they were looking for. We hope to do the same for your next remodeling or renovation project.

Start A Conversation Today

Our remodeling process starts with an initial conversation over the phone. Our staff will ask some basic questions about your initial plans, goals, budget, and dreams for your project. We’ll also share about our process and what we can bring to your project. At the end of this call, if we both feel that ALL Renovation is a good fit for the project, we’ll schedule an in-home consultation.

During this first in-person meeting, our staff will walk through your home, take measurements, and further discuss your goals and must-haves for the project. We’ll talk about any structural limitations or additional work that would need to happen for your project. By the end of this meeting, we want to determine if this project is feasible and can be done within your budget. If we agree on these two, then we will move on to the next step in the process.

No two houses are alike, and neither are two house remodeling projects. That’s why we create a custom design plan that’s tailored to your goals and desires.

We find that projects flow smoothest when everything is selected before construction begins. Our capable designers will walk you through the selection process, which can occur in our showroom, at a vendor’s showroom, or in your home. During this time, we’ll also start the permitting process, so that we are prepared to start construction when you are.

We understand how inconvenient a renovation or construction project can be for you and your family; at times, it feels like your home is being invaded. That’s why we work hard to minimize our impact on the rest of your home. We will barricade the work site as much as we can, even erecting temporary walls if necessary. During construction, you can expect to hear from our lead carpenter at least twice a day, letting you know the progress of the work and the plan for the next day of work. He will always be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have.

After the project is complete, we will have a final walkthrough of the jobsite. We want to ensure you are 100% completely satisfied with our work, and we will call in our staff to fix something on the spot if we find something.

We’ll also reach out to you 3 and 6 months after the project to see how you are enjoying your new space. And if you ever have any questions or need repairs, we are just a phone call away.
